Among the priorities for the Hospitality sector reopening following the pandemic was to deliver an added layer of protection for their employees and guests. This was a fundamental factor for the 'Premiata Trattoria Arlati'. This traditional restaurant wanted to ensure that their guests could enjoy their restaurant experience with enhanced peace of mind. They chose Philips UV-C upper air disinfection devices to help deliver this.

A combination of two types of Philips UV-C air disinfection devices were selected to ensure the best performance in air disinfection across all areas of the restaurant. 4 UV-C disinfection upper air wall-mounted devices were combined with 4 UV-C active air for the installation. The combination of devices makes it possible to effectively disinfect the air while guests enjoy dining, and delivers up to 20 air changes per hour without any interruption of experience or working activities.
